Sponza Atrium for Arnold 5.1

This is a newly updated version of the classic Sponza Atrium scene I created for Maya 2018 & Arnold 5.1. I use it as an Instructor teaching lighting & materials at DePaul School of Animation. This project started with the 2010 Sponza update created by Frank Meinl from Crytek, and with subsequent updates by Morgan McGuire and Alexandre Pestana. The scene was released under Creative Commons license CC BY 3.0.

This new version includes Day & Night lighting models, re-worked geometry & UV mapping, new scene organization, loads of fixes and optimization, and a good number of texture updates (mostly roughness, metallic, and color corrections). I've made it freely available for download at the link below, be sure to read the scene_notes.txt and copyright.txt files for production notes and credits. I've also ported this to Unity Game Engine.
